First app on the cluster

The components inventory went live on the cluster against a self-hosted Supabase. The runbook keeps the list: the registry token that had to exist before the first pull, two configuration values to change, a race between namespace creation and the first apply, the rollout pattern for an image tagged latest, and an API gateway that did not reload its routes until restarted.

None of it was hard. All of it was undocumented until that day.
