A control app for a fleet of cleaning robots: sign-in, live robot state, commands, plans and reports. Before any of the screens, a throw-away demo app proved the MQTT path to the broker in isolation. Two days later the credentials and the robot-state card landed in the real app. The demo video went out a week after that.
