Why the inventory left Coolify

Coolify made the first deploy of the inventory quick: five fixes in fifty minutes. Running the app was another matter. Backups could not be managed the way I needed, the containers left little room for fine-tuning, there were no reports or alerts, and the logs were close to useless when something broke.

The k3s cluster was planned around those gaps: database backups to object storage, with a restore test required before the old server could go; Prometheus and Alertmanager for alerts; Loki for logs in one place. The inventory went live there on 7 May.
